Pyrrhocoris apterus in my opinion. But to be sure you need a clear dorsal shot. There are in Europe some nasty similar ones. But I am pretty sure (as pretty as I dare to write...) that it is the very common firebug. Males are sometimes able to fly.
Thank you Reza for your help. I was trying to find a match, but couldn't. I found something similar, but the head was red, which is not the match. This bug looks exactly like the "traditional" firebug, but it flew. It is really tricky to ID this one.
@Ashish, it looks exactly like a firebug, but it flew, landed on the hand and flew away. and if firebugs don't fly, then I'll keep looking for a match.
@Reza: thanks! I will check if I find a match, although I looked in the past and didn't figure out the exact spieces.
Unfortunately I don't. This is a close up of the only photo I have. It landed on my brother's hand (fingers) and I was holding a camera and did a quick shot. Then it flew away very quickly, no opportunity for other shots.
@Reza: Can a firebug fly? I had firebug spotting on PN already, if this is also a firebug then I would join the two spottings together. I was not sure what this is, because it is a flying insect and I never saw firebugs fly.
