Description:

This beautiful flatworm was speckled with blue spots and was about 3cm long.

Habitat:

Coral Reef. Spotted at Arthur's Rock on a Night Dive.

Yes, it very well could be! You'll notice that many/most Thysanozoon sp. have white borders: http://reefguide.org/watermark.php?src=pix/thumb2/thysanozoonnigropapillosum3.jpg I think you're right, though, because I just found a photo of a Thysanozoon that looks almost exactly like your spotting! However, there's no species name listed: http://calphotos.berkeley.edu/imgs/128x192/4444_4444/0907/0759.jpeg
Hi Mauna. It was black on the bottom, not whitish like the Aconthozoon sp. Could it be the Thysanozoon sp instead? Thanks.
