Field Notes

Description:

Damselfly of about 4cm body length. Orange head and thorax with some black between the eyes and a thick black stripe down the middle of thorax; abdomen is mainly black with some yellow, green, and blue on the underside.

Habitat:

Found among ornamental plants on the shore of Lake Atitlán, in San Pedro La Laguna.
