Description:

These magnificent birds of prey can often be spotted on the electricity wires on the road to Punta Mita, Nayarit, Mexico. They feed on mice, rabbits, snakes and smaller birds.

Habitat:

From the Amazon Basin in South America into the southwestern United States.
