This could be either Merremia gemella or Merremia hederacea ...measurements of the pedicel would be required and that type of information is not present in the photo...anyone placing a definitive ID on this would be guessing...

Hi Leana. Lydia Robledo, of the Philippine Butterfly Habitat Conservation Society, has suggested another species ID for this - Merremia gemella, http://www.philippineplants.org/Families/Convolvulaceae.html. In this link, Merremia umbellata is shown as a white flower.

I think my 2nd suggestion is more like it. But pls check the leaves of your spotting and compare with the images of the 2 spp. :)
