Honestly, I think you may want to leave the name at "Kingbird" with Tyrranus sp. as the scientific name.

The darker face, olive wash on upper breast, and long bill sure do give it the look of a Tropical though.

Again, they are nearly impossible to tell apart without hearing the call, so there is no way you can call it one species or the other just based on the photo. So I would not accept the species suggestion given

It's either a couch's kingbird or a tropical kingbird, and they are nearly impossible to tell apart without hearing the call. They both are in the genus Tyrannus, so maybe just label it Tyrannus sp and Kingbird as the common name? Then put in the notes it could be either of the two

i believe it's a flycatcher of some sort. Not sure of sp.
