Description:

After many hours of driving to see the last of the big five on our trip last Nov, he finally appeared. Lucky again as he crossed the road in front of our car... Ten years of searching to see it in the wild... my hands where shaking as I took these... what a thrill!
And in a blink of eye he disappears in the bush.... wow... gone, like he was never there...

Hi Matimar, I wish I saw a cheetah to add to your mission, but this is a leopard. I will be sure to remember to add as soon as I see the fastest animal on our planet!
Thank you for comments all. Wondering now if I should have zoomed in on his face more, but then again, this guy was crossing road at a medium rate, and before I knew it he was gone. Im going to the Kruger again soon... maybe ill get one to stand still for a while.. ;)
great series, great spotting, and great story! :) that must have been really satisfying for you.
wow awesome pictures I would love to see a wild leopard
Thanks Karen & Nuwan, my dream is to visit the Serengeti!
Great capture! I was lucky enough to see a wild leopard in the Serengeti. It was sleeping high up in a tree & my photos barely came out but the experience of actually seeing it was a real thrill!
