Description:

Superior Taxa: Ericaceae / Ericales<br>
Una chaura muy baja (3cm) de fruto muy pequeño, comestible, dulce, aunque bastante insípido.<br>
<br>
A very small Gaultheria (3cm) of a very small white fruit, edible, sweet but rather tasteless.

Habitat:

Encontradas cerca del Parque Nacional Pullehue. Comunmente encontrada sobre explanadas húmedas en altura, sobre el límite del bosque.<br>
<br>
Found near Parque Nacional Pullehue, Chile. Commonly found on wet marshes, above the treeline.

Notes:

This was hard to ID, because in my regular source site for plants ID , this species is described hundreds of kilometres further north.<br>
