Description:

Judge Hart, Jan 30 2015, 2:30, Jamestown Beach Treeline
Green leaves in groups of 3 that contains a compound (urushiol) that causes the effects of poison ivy. The allergic reaction causes severe itching and other side effects.

Habitat:

Common in North America throughout. Normally found in wooded areas around the edge of a tree line.
