An unidentified forest giant.

Habitat:

Observed growing in coastal mixed lowland equatorial rainforest (freshwater swamp forest/sago swamp).

Thanks, Patty. I have no idea. Maybe you can get some "general feel" of the height by looking at http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/14625223 which also appears in the upper left of the above photo.
Yes, nice picture and perspective. Very difficult to tell the height from a picture though, no? Just wondering, how tall would you estimate the tree more or less was? Greetings and nice ferns in the pictures too =)
