Statilia maculata, common name Asian Jumping Mantis or "小蟷螂", Ko-kamakiri (Japanese meaning Small Mantis), is a species of praying mantis native to Asia that can be found in China and Japan and Korea.

Statilia maculata is probably the only species of Statilia in Japan. But there is Statilia nemoralis in South Korea. There are also Tenodera angustipennis, Tenodera sinensis(?) and Hierodula patellifera in Japan and maybe some more in the southern islands of Japan.
