Notes:

These snakes are non-venomous that are very common in are area due to its cold temperature. They feed mostly on rats (but i can't really tell). I have not seen any of them climbing a tree. They are dark green likes to come out especially during rainy days.

I guess i'll be needing a lot of research about snakes in our place to classify this one. And thank you.

Well I can't say either. Gonyosoma oxycephalum is seldom seen on the ground but I don't know of any other "common" green Colubrid snake to suggest for Luzon. Your photos certainly resemble it (notwithstanding, the apparent lack of a brown/red tail) especially in http://www.ecologyasia.com/verts/snakes/red-tailed-racer.htm

I'm not quite sure if it's Gonyosoma oxycephalum. I don't see any common behavior that they share.

I can't really tell from the photographs, but one species you might look at (try to recollect the details of your spotting) is Gonyosoma oxycephalum.
