Thanks. The mt hermon June bug looks very very similar. So wasn't sure. I found a Utah insect website and they listed it as the mt hermon one. But after researching the 10 lined, I think it's that.
There are 32 known species in the Polyphylla genus in the United States. I haven't looked into this but it may not be Polyphylla decemlineata.
You're in luck!!! I posted one of these earlier this morning and someone identified it for me as a Ten-lined June Bug!...I'll put the official ID as well.
