Pretty sure it's an American, judging by the number of warts in each spot.

Appears to be a Fowler's Toad. And like Aaron said - It's definitely not a Cane Toad.

Hi, Jolly. I have to step in and say that this is definitely not Bufo marinus. Delaware only has the American toad and Fowler's toad.
