I found this at Kerr Scout Ranch they are really small and there were a couple of them

ForestDragon is correct with it being a recently metamorphosed toad, but they aren't IDable at this size usually, so keeping it at Anaxyrus sp is probably the best you can do
This could be a recently emerged toadlet. Take a look at the American Toad, Anaxyrus americanus (or something similar).
