Field Notes

Description:

I found this Opossum run over by a car.
It was alive, but injured and had lost an eye.
I took to my home, take care of, and then, reintroduced into nature in a Natural Reserve region of my city.

Habitat:

I live on a rural city, in a region of transition between Cerrado and Atlantic Forest.

Notes:

I made a video of the moment when I found it, and some of the cares> [ https://youtube.com/shorts/rP-8NOu4S28 ].

It happened in 2021, and I couldn't find the video of the release moment.
