Field Notes

Description:

Red legs, black beak, yellow eye with red orbital skin, white tips on the ends of the tail feathers greyish brownish back. But this is really confusing because it looks more like a Grey-headed Dove to me but this is not its typical range.

Habitat:

El Rey archaeological site near Cancun, Yucatan.

Notes:

Is this maybe a Grey-headed Dove? or Caribbean Dove?
