To document via image and narrative, the nature that surrounds our locality (Milton Keynes). To help encourage others to explore and find the wonders of wildlife that reside within 10 miles of their homes.
With such a diverse town as Milton Keynes, amazing wildlife can be found everywhere. There is the Grand Union canal, the river ouse, Campbell Park plus a plethora of woods and country parks.
If you are local to Milton Keynes UK, please fee free to join,
1. Please post photos of flora/fauna, animals, arthropods etc. Please avoid using images with people in (unless they are unavoidably part of the landscape).
2. Please try and identify you're subject, though if you do not know, then mark as unknown, and somebody will be able to identify it for you.
3. Please post images taken from within a 10 mile (give or take) radius of MK, (Such as locations (not exclusive to): Olney, Cosgrove, Marsden Mortaine, Cranfield, Buckingham, Winslow, Padbury, Bletchley)
4. Images can be of common species or rare species.
