Description:

I believe this is a Reduviidae nymph of some sort, but I don't see it in any of my field guides.

Habitat:

Seen on the end of a plant with closed flower buds.

Notes:

Found at the Chesapeake Arboretum in Chesapeake, Virginia. Photographed with Canon 5d Mark 2, Canon Mp-e 65mm lens, and Canon mt-24ex flash with a diffuser.
