Another thing you can do with your spottings is you can add basic notes about the animal. Anything you can tell us about the organism can help others with an ID suggestion. For example, with this spotting you could add the note: "Looks like a large red and black ant with wings." You can also add a story about your photo if there is one. If I have a neat encounter with an animal, I like to tell the story behind it. Look at my recent coachwhip snake spotting for an example.
