Found along a walking path in OBX. I think it's a snapping turtle but I'm not sure.

Hi staylovely47! I moved this cute little box turtle spotting from Amphibians to Reptiles for you. Right now the spotting location is in Ohio, but your comments say OBX (I've been there and love it!). Could you update the map for us to let us know where you spotted this turtle? Thanks!
