Do you have any other views? From what I can see in your image, this is likely a species of Syrphid Fly. However, without being able to see the rest of the body, I can't give you much more than that. For identification purposes, please try to get multiple views from different angles (side view, dorsal view, face, etc.). Minimally, a view of the entire body would be good.
