Look like Ragwort Flea Beetle (Longitarsus jacobaeae)
Martin I think you have suggested different ID for similar one. And that was correct and match this one.
Looks like a leaf beetle but with no feelers? o.0

Is it a leaf hopper, a plant hopper, a beetle. I have no idea. What a color! Maybe a nymph of some sort. I am no help. Baffled again!
