This looks like a peppery milk-cap - Lactarius piperatus - but I can't really say. If you could break a piece of and check if there's a white milky sap coming out then this is it. You can also taste the mushroom but I would not recommend that, unless you're a fan of jalapeno peppers. I say this because in raw state, the mushroom is hot as hell, hotter than most of the chilly peppers.
