Description:

About 30cm from beak to tail, with almost half of that being the tail. Gregarious with a very distinctive call.

Habitat:

Spotted in Mexico City as well as other urban areas in Mexico.

If it is what I think it is it's a Great-tailed Grackle or Mexican Grackle (Quiscalus mexicanus) They call them "cuervo". When I was in Mexico I kept asking them what they were called because they were so different then our US black birds
