Night Snake

Hypsiglena torquata

Yea, not a night snake. It's either a Common Garter or Terrestrial Garter, just a really light one. With the fuzziness of the picture it's hard for me to tell which one it is.
Its whatever garter snake species you get up there, to far north for a night snake and not right habitat.
