Species ID Suggestions

Southern Amazon Red Squirrel

Sciurus spadiceus

Comments (1)

The bright orange feet make it look more like what is supposed the Northern Amazon Red Squirrel (Sciurus igniventris), but according to range maps, this is too far south. However, I'm not sure I put much stock in them actually being different species. So, at the very least, you can say you've got an Amazon Red Squirrel.
