Maybe you can submit this spotting to bug guide for ID
Cocalus genus is the most likely one. Unfortunately no Cocalus species was recorded from Philippines and Malaysia so if the spottings we found are really Cocalus spiders, they might be new species.
I just spotted one this morning. Truly a beautiful species.
Very cute, it's color sure camouflage it well against the plant.
