I would confirm with BAMONA (http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/node/add/sighting) and BugGuide (http://bugguide.net/node/view/15740) on this one.
Check Genus Scopula: http://bugguide.net/node/view/287 I can't find any with the gray bar on the body of the moth though...
I would start in the Geometridae family. It is a big family, though. Hopefully someone has sharper eyes than me and can offer a specific ID soon.
