The photo is blurry but it appears to be an assasin bug (Reduviidae), but I don't know the species http://bugguide.net/node/view/166 If you found it indoors it could be a masked bed bug hunter (just the name, doesn't mean you have bed bugs!) - Reduvius personatus http://bugguide.net/index.php?q=search&keys=Reduvius+personatus&search=Search
