I think it might be a Seaside Dragonlet - Erythrodiplax berenice It has the coloring, dark marking on end (segments 8-10), and red brown eyes. There you go I reposted the 2nd picture for you! I'm not sure of the size; I would say it's about an average size for most dragonflies. Hope that helps!
