This beetle bears a superficial resemblance to a Flat-faced Longhorn Beetle which is found at BugGuide as Glaucotes yuccivores. As far as I can tell, it's known range is limited to Arizona. http://bugguide.net/node/view/372392 I'd recommend seeking expert identification for this beetle.
