Description:

Black headed bird .. Rest colors you are see in the picture
Saw it first time in my life and have no idea where it came from
Also I couldnt recognise its eye color as it flew away

Looks like a magpie to me - like this photo = https://www.flickr.com/photos/ujjwalis/6172264889/ but, i'm not sure of the species name.
