Black millipede with yellow bands;bright yellow legs. Looks like it has a yellow stinger.

Habitat:

Was found at the Sutton Dam children's park in Sutton,WV

Notes:

Would like to know the type of millipede,that's why I'm posting this picture here. Can anyone help me find it? Thanks
