Description:

Multiple cocoons that used pieces of the nearby bush.

Notes:

I found these cocoons hanging off the parking sign at the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland in Baltimore while I was there with my mom.

Thank you KeithRoragen. I guess that means I shouldn't keep them.
These are Bagworm bags. Bagworms are caterpillars of a moth. As the caterpillars feed on a plant they cement little bits of that plant to a silken bag they live inside. They can be quite destructive. Females lay eggs inside the bags so the bags should be plucked off and discarded.
