As I mentioned the body shape doesn't match. The spotting is almost square and your suggestion is tapered.
Just an ordinary strandkrab..

But I see the one I chose is too small. So since it's legs are missing, it could possibly be http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goneplax_rhomboides
http://fl.biology.usgs.gov/Nonindigenous_Species/Asian_shore_crab/asian_shore_crab.html The strandkrab body shape doesn't seem to match. The one in the spotting is more squared not tapered.
Looks like a non native species Asian shore crab, Japanese shore crab, Pacific crab, Hemigrapsus sanguineus
