Found on flax in garden. 2-4mm.
It hopped when i touched its 'hair filaments'.

Hi Mark. This is the nymph of Scolypopa australis. The 'hairs' on the back are actually uric acid crystals. Sorry... it must have got blown over the detch. :-)
