Description:

Medium sized dragonfly. Gold Body yellow and reddish eyes.

Notes:

Any help to I'd this dragonfly will be great. I looked up a hundred different pictures of dragonflies and nothing.

Nice shots of a very beautiful dragonfly! I have a pretty good dragonfly book, but I cant find this one in it. What I can tell you though is that there are several species in which the female is gold in color. Many dragonflies are sexually dimorphic, males and females of the same species look different. If there are same size and shape, but different color dragons in this area, get a shot and look it up. It could be a male of the same species and easier to identify. Just a thought...:)
