Flower coming out of spike type leaves. Plant about 20 cm tall. Suculent plant.

Habitat:

Oak forest.

That's what you meant in the description, I get it now. Then it reminds me of Portulaca or maybe something in that family.
Dan, the spikes are the leaves, really strange, never seen it before. Thanks for your interest.
Do you have a pic of the leaves? That might help. I've seen these type of flowers before. It's some sort of succulent.
