Photo 1: Baltimore or Orchard Oriole female. I'm color deficient, which is a major handicap in IDing female Orioles, but I'm leaning towards Baltimore. Looks a bit too gray for Orchard. Photo 2: Willow Flycatcher, Empidonax traillii. Welcome to Project Noah!
I think this is two different birds. Their mandibles are very different as well as the main wing feathers. The last is a flycatcher of some kind.
