Description:

Each 'leaf' has many pine like flat 'needles'approximately a half inch long and soft compared to a pine needle.
Tree as a whole looks to be deciduous until you closely inspect the more conifer -esqe foliage.

Habitat:

Southeastern Wisconsin, this specimen found in a public park also
