Description:

Some sort of creepy wasp. That's all I have to go on. It was attracted to my porch light at night.

I concur on that, one thing I notice is the lack of a stinger; most parasitic wasps have a long stinger. That should be able to make the identification much easier; since that's a very distinct thing compared to the parasitic wasps I have around.
