It is not entirely impossible, but in general range is important to identify a species. But the main reason why I wrote it is not Greek rock lizard because it isn't look like Greek rock lizard.

@Marton, have you ever considered extra-limital species due to the trade in animals and the biological world becoming more intergrated due to human movement. Its not entirely impossible that a Greek rock lizard could have landed up there.
