Species ID Suggestions

Looks like a Ichneumon Wasp of the Order Ichneumonoidea, which include Ichneumonidae (which it might be) and Braconidae (which are much smaller than the Ichneumonidae). But I am far, far away from any thoughts about genus or even species.
