Field Notes

Description:

Convex to conical cap, orange-brown at the center and paling towards the margins. Very little (~2cm radius?). Can't really tell how slimy the cap is, because everything was still pretty wet from recent rain.

Habitat:

At the roots of a dead but still standing fir tree.
