These eggs were black, around 3 mm long.

Habitat:

Found on a Callistemon.

Thanks Shanna, I've moved them. Ashish, I just looked at Planthopper & Spittle-bug eggs & neither look much like these. Thanks :)
They are like Planthoppers. Say Spitlebugs
I don't know what they are but I reckon you could probably put them in the Arthropod category, I'm sure they're insect-related.
