Description:
Very small all white mothlike insect having a fuzzy white puff on top of his head.
Notes:
I found it on my car window. It wouldn't get off on it's own so I started to drive off and it held on for dear life..but..I didn't want to hurt it so I stopped..pulled over and forced it off into some bushes.
