As for the Shaggy Parasol - there are some similarities, but the Parasol usually comes with a thinner and longer stem
Difficult...very adult and partly rotten...I'd suggest to look up the Agaricaceae family - but that's pretty much work. Agaricus perobscurus would be a very brave guess...
Look like a adult Parasol... but Lars or Alex can tell exact what it is...
