At first sight I thought of a butterfly cicada and Tosena sybylla. But if you look carefully at the position and size of the eyes and shape of the head, I have some little doubts if this is really a cicada. Might rather be some ind of a leafhopper. However the size of the whole insect (5 cm!) speaks more for a cicada, which usually have more glassy wings. The view from the side looks as well not specially like a cicada. Tricky one!!
