Appears to be some sort of fly. Has gold markings.

Alpine environment.

It looks a lot like a species of Tachinid Fly from Subfamily Tachininae. I am not sure which one at this time. These flies tend to be very hairy as compared to many other species of fly. Check here, this may help: http://bugguide.net/node/view/36309/bgpage?from=10
